At CleavoRobotics, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@cleavorobotics.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Please do not send your product back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. If the issue persists, please email us at support@cleavorobotics.com and we’ll assist you promptly.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, contact us with photo proof, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
Products damaged by misuse or neglect
Items missing parts or packaging
Final sale or discounted items
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, CleavoRobotics will cover the return shipping fee.
